Description
Our range of mixed flow fan are used in inline duct applications mainly residential such as bathroom and kitchens. They are a hybrid between an axial and a centrifugal fan. They offer low noise levels and good flow rates with static pressure. A centrifugal fan can offer higher airflow at a higher static pressure however, so applications with long ducting a mixed flow should not be considered the first choice option.
A mixed flow is best option for environments where noise needs to be kept to a minimum, as the fan can be located further away compared to an “in the wall” fan.
The housings are made from a polypropylene plastic and the blade from an ABS plastic, they come in a variety of sizes 100mm, 125mm & 150mm. They are a two speed unit and can come with a timer function and a plug option rather than flying lead.
Made with sealed for life ball bearings they can be operated at -20 to +60 degrees.
One of our in-line mixed flow fans use in bathroom ventilation/hydroponic systems.
Fully enclosed junction box for safety which is waterproof and dust proof.
